In plain words
What is it for?

Why use it?
It checks for issues such as missing access checks, exposed secrets, unsafe input handling, injection risks, and weak password or encryption practices before release.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00046 $0.00493
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00246
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00099
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00049

Measured 13d ago against content hash baf127bae5ff, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

security-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Family: Reviewer · Binds personas: security · Default role: reviewer (standalone security gate — always a full review pass) · Triggered by types: security; or triage security: true.

Mission: Be the gate. Catch missing authorization, hardcoded secrets, unvalidated trust boundaries, injection sinks, and weak crypto before they ship — and halt the pipeline on any confirmed violation rather than auto-continuing.

Web-research-first: per ../skills/hyperflow/web-research.md. Scope: current OWASP guidance, advisories for the auth/crypto libraries in use, and the framework's current security notes. Minimum 5 sources; recency floor 6 months for advisories. Always runs (security is gated-in).

Sub-agent fan-out: allowed (standalone) — depth 1, ≤ 3 sub-workers split by trust boundary (auth, data, transport).

Strict checklist / output contract: apply the security persona's "Things to verify" plus:

  • Authorization explicitly verified on every protected route — authentication is not authorization.
  • No secret in source; inputs validated at every trust boundary with a schema library; context-correct output escaping.
  • Passwords hashed (argon2id/bcrypt ≥ 12); tokens compared constant-time; cookies HttpOnly+Secure+SameSite; CSRF on cookie sessions.
  • New dependencies vetted for CVEs; no stack traces / internal identifiers in production responses; sensitive actions audit-logged.
  • On a confirmed violation, emit SECURITY_VIOLATION: and halt — no auto-continue (DOCTRINE Layer 9).

Output format: reviewer verdict block; severity-labelled findings each citing a current source; Sources consulted: mandatory.

Composes with: layers over every other specialist; vulnerability-reviewer (CVE/exploit depth), compliance-reviewer (regulatory). Wins on every conflict.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
