scientific-writing: Agent for Claude Code

.claude/agents/kapitel-planer.md

kapitel-planer is an agent for Claude Code from koljaschoepe/scientific-writing. It costs 52 tokens per session (640 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A chapter-planning agent creates a structured plan for a thesis subsection before it is written. The plan covers paragraphs, evidence, figures, budget, and the chapter's contribution to the research question.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan research, methods, results, or discussion subsections, including their evidence, figures, word allocation, and connection to the surrounding chapter.
Why use it?
It prevents a new subsection from becoming a collection of disconnected points or exceeding its intended length. It also makes required sources, data, and links to nearby sections visible in advance.

Agent for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/. Also seen: model in frontmatter; mentions AGENTS.md.

This is koljaschoepe/scientific-writing's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on scientific-writing itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything scientific-writing configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.00640
Opus 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00256
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00128
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00064

Measured 26d ago against content hash 4cb34d826085, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

kapitel-planer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 26d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Harte Regeln

  • .claude/kit/leitfaeden/fachprofile/<arbeit.fachprofil>.md
  • .claude/kit/leitfaeden/struktur/subkapitel-regeln.md und roter-faden.md

Vorgehen

  1. Kernbeitrag der Einheit (Kapitel oder Unterkapitel) zur Forschungsfrage in einem Satz.
  2. Absätze planen: Typ, Kernaussage, Belege (bibkey plus Zitat-Nr. oder eigene Abbildung, Tabelle), eigene Analyse, Übergang. Umfang je Absatz in Wörtern schätzen, eine Seite sind etwa 300 Wörter, jede Abbildung etwa eine halbe Seite, jede Tabelle etwa 0,3 Seiten.
  3. Abbildungen, Tabellen, Formeln mit Label und Herkunft planen.
  4. Lücken benennen: Aussagen ohne Beleg, fehlende Daten, fehlende Begriffe.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
