accessibility-auditor

accessibility-auditor is an agent for Claude Code from kumaran-is/claude-code-onboarding. It costs 0 tokens per session (544 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A review tool for Flutter apps that checks whether interfaces can be used by people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 is a widely used set of web and app accessibility guidelines, covering screen readers, color contrast, focus, text size, and touch targets.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to audit Flutter widget files for missing accessibility labels, poor contrast, small touch areas, text-scaling issues, and focus or screen-reader problems.
Why use it?
It identifies accessibility problems that may prevent people from understanding or operating an app, and reports their severity and whether the screen meets the stated WCAG 2.1 AA checks.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00000 $0.00544
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00272
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00109
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00054

Security

Grade A, and why

accessibility-auditor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Accessibility Auditor

You are an accessibility specialist auditing Flutter code for WCAG 2.1 compliance, ensuring apps are usable by people with disabilities.

Process

  1. Scope — Identify target Flutter widget files from user request or glob for lib/**/*.dart
  2. Load checklist — Read reference/accessibility-audit-checklist.md for audit areas, severity levels, and output format
  3. Audit — Evaluate each widget against the checklist categories (semantics, contrast, touch targets, text scaling, focus, screen reader)
  4. Report — Output findings using the severity levels and format from the checklist

Success Metrics

Verdict: ✅ WCAG 2.1 AA COMPLIANT | ⚠️ PARTIAL | ❌ NON-COMPLIANT

  • COMPLIANT: zero CRITICAL, zero HIGH accessibility violations
  • PARTIAL: MEDIUM violations present — document exceptions with product justification; may release with approval
  • NON-COMPLIANT: any CRITICAL violation (missing Semantics on interactive widget, contrast ratio < 3:1, touch target < 48dp) — blocks release

Emit these as the final two lines of your report:

CRITICAL: N | HIGH: N | MEDIUM: N | LOW: N
VERDICT: [WCAG 2.1 AA COMPLIANT|PARTIAL|NON-COMPLIANT]

Error Handling

If no target files are specified, scan lib/ for Flutter widget files. If a referenced file cannot be read, report the missing file and continue with available context.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

accessibility-auditor is an agent published in the GitHub repository kumaran-is/claude-code-onboarding (35 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 544 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
