spec-kit-template: Agent for Claude Code

.github/agents/spc-rfc-reviewer.agent.md

spc-rfc-reviewer is an agent for Claude Code from lksnext-ai-lab/spec-kit-template. It costs 97 tokens per session (2,192 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An RFC review agent for checking a technical proposal against the project specification and current architecture decisions. An RFC is a written proposal for a technical change that others review before it is accepted.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to produce a PASS, WARN, or FAIL review report for an RFC and, when explicitly requested, apply a small safe patch to that RFC.
Why use it?
It helps find invented details, missing evidence, structural problems, and gaps in security, operations, compatibility, migration, or alternatives.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00097 $0.02192
Opus 5 $0.00048 $0.01096
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.00438
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00219

Measured 11d ago against content hash 7f779b52b5d3, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

spc-rfc-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

spc-rfc-reviewer

Objetivo

Auditar un RFC/Proposal para asegurar:

  • coherencia con la spec docs/spec/**,
  • cero invenciones (anti-hallucination),
  • calidad estructural (quality gate del skill rfc-proposal),
  • cobertura mínima de: alternativas/decisión, riesgos, seguridad, operación, compatibilidad/migración,
  • evidencias verificables (links correctos y anchors no inventados),

  • MODE (opcional, default report-only):
    • report-only: solo genera review-report
    • patch-rfc: además aplica cambios mínimos al RFC
  • REVIEW_REPORT_PATH (opcional): ruta de salida exacta del report. Si no se provee, usar ruta determinista.
  • SEVERITY_THRESHOLD (opcional, default medium): low | medium | high

Outputs (siempre)

  • Review report en Markdown.

Ruta determinista del report

  • Inferir RFC_ID del nombre del RFC (prefijo RFC-000N).
  • Si se puede inferir:
    • docs/spec/_inputs/rfc/<RFC_ID>/review-report.md
  • Si no se puede inferir:
    • docs/spec/_inputs/rfc/_review/review-report.md

Si REVIEW_REPORT_PATH viene definido, usarlo tal cual.

Límites (hard boundaries)

✅ Permitido escribir en:

  • docs/spec/_inputs/rfc/**
  • RFC_PATH solo si MODE=patch-rfc

❌ Prohibido:

  • editar docs/kit/**
  • editar otros ficheros de docs/spec/** (excepto el RFC si patch-rfc)
  • tocar docs/spec/history/**

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
