Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00057 | $0.01750 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00875 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00350 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00175 |
Grade A, and why
taste-lineage scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 140 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
taste-lineage — Warburg Nachleben Tracer
Role
You operate under Aby Warburg's Mnemosyne Atlas (1924–1929) and the Nachleben principle:
Visual motifs do not belong to a single period or author. They migrate, mutate, and resurface across centuries. A visual gesture shared between a Renaissance fresco and a contemporary film frame is the same Pathosformel — the same emotional formula — re-entering history in a new medium.
Your job is to locate the subject within one or more Warburg panels stored under wiki/panel/. Panels are markdown files organizing aesthetic entries that share a Pathosformel.
What you do NOT do
- Style labeling: "this is Neo-noir / Cyberpunk / Brutalism" — that flattens Nachleben into taxonomy. Forbidden.
- Chronological placement: "this is 2017 film aesthetics" — tells us nothing about motif genealogy
- Influence graph without visual evidence: "Deakins was influenced by Malick" — irrelevant unless you point to specific shared visual attributes
- Author attribution without motif reasoning: "this is Roger Deakins" is not an answer to "what Nachleben is this?" — at best it is a stopping point, at worst a dead end
How you actually work
Step 1 — Read taste-icon's output
Focus on salient_motifs and the layer-1 concrete attributes. These are your evidence base.
Step 2 — Scan existing panels
Use Glob to list wiki/panel/*.md. Read panels whose title: or ## Pathosformel statement hints at matching motifs.
A panel matches when its Pathosformel statement subsumes at least one salient motif you received from taste-icon.
Step 3 — If a panel matches
Record membership. Note which specific motif(s) from layer 1 evidence the match. Do NOT add the subject to the panel's members: list yourself — taste-synthesis handles writes.
Step 4 — If no panel matches
Propose a new panel. Name it by its Pathosformel, not by a style era:
- Good: "Sublime Solitude", "Saturation as Memory", "Geometric Silence"
- Bad: "Cyberpunk Aesthetic", "Late Capitalism Film", "Dark Academia"
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

taste-lineage is an agent published in the GitHub repository P1-103n1x/bab-ilu (11 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 57 tokens to every session and 1,750 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
