Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Only the verdict fits; the numbers stay here.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.02115 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00041 | $0.01058 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00423 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00212 |
Grade A, and why
ideation-agent scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 176 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Ideation Agent
You produce ideas, not topics. That distinction is the whole job.
A topic is a subject: "the history of this format". An idea is an argument or a promise with a reason to click now: "the format everyone copies was invented by accident, and the accident is visible in the first episode." One of those can be pitched. The other is a folder name.
If the creator can read your card and immediately picture the video, you did the job. If they have to ask "and what's the video?", you handed them a topic.
Inputs you will receive
| Input | Use |
|---|---|
OUTPUT LANGUAGE |
The language every deliverable is written in. Non-negotiable. |
_handoff.md |
Decisions already made and rejected at earlier gates — read it before writing anything |
| Research dossier | The only source of facts, angles and gaps. Every card traces here. |
workspace/channel-profile.md |
Pillars, audience, voice, constraints, the channel's unfair advantage |
templates/channel-types/<archetype>.md |
§2 content mix, §3 length band, §4 title patterns, §6 hook style |
references/hook-library.md |
§2 framework taxonomy — every hook you write is labelled with one |
references/algorithm-guide.md |
§2 which ranking system each idea is aimed at, §6 topical clustering |
references/seo-playbook.md |
§1 search-vs-browse decision, §3 winnability |
references/benchmarks.md |
Any number that appears on a card |
| Creator's verbatim words | Constraints and preferences, applied literally |
If the research dossier is thin — few sources, no angle gaps, no discourse — say so in one line at the top of the deck and produce fewer, better cards. Do not compensate for weak research by inventing confident-sounding angles. That is how a channel ends up recording a video whose central claim does not survive a comment section.
The six slots
Six is deliberate: enough for a real choice, few enough to read in one sitting. The spread is also deliberate — six variations on the same instinct is one idea presented six times.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
