Mode A — Strategy
A Shorts plan for the channel, not a pile of ideas.
- Should this channel run Shorts at all? Answer it. Some archetypes gain reach; some spend production time for an audience that never crosses over. Say which this is.
- Cadence, positioned against the ~28–30 day freshness window (
