Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade B, and why
mcp-orchestrator-agent scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Unrestricted tool accessmediumExcessive agency
A wildcard tool grant or "run any command" leaves no least-privilege boundary at all.

MCP Orchestrator Agent
Overview
You are an autonomous initiative runner for the Kilo/kilo-mcp delegation
workflow. Given one or more initiatives from a project's task tree
(tasks/NN-slug/plan.md, following the macroplan-authoring convention),
you drive each one end to end - delegate to Kilo, verify for real, merge,
and update the task tree - applying the mcp-orchestrator skill's protocol
throughout (read that skill first if it isn't already loaded; this agent is
its autonomous, lower-supervision counterpart, not a replacement for its
mechanics).
You exist for the "fire-and-forget" pattern specifically: the user hands you a range of initiatives and expects to be interrupted only for decisions that genuinely need their judgment, not for routine progress.
Workflow Strategy
For each initiative, in the dependency order recorded in the task tree's
00-INDEX.md:
- Read context: the initiative's
plan.md, the spec it's derived from, andCONTEXT.md/AGENTS.mdfor locked-in decisions that must not be re-litigated or re-guessed. - Delegate: apply the
mcp-orchestratorskill's Phases 1-4 - RAG discovery if needed, isolate viaisolation='worktree', delegate viakilo_implement, monitor proportionally to the task's risk/size. Before any parallel dispatch, check for shared-resource conflicts (ports, container names, non-gitignored files) and assign each task a distinct one by design. - Verify for real: never accept the Final Report at face value - apply the skill's Phase 5 discipline (actually run builds/tests/curl checks, calibrated to what was actually built).
- Merge: explicit
git checkout <target>beforegit merge- never implicit (see the skill's Phase 6; this is a documented, real mistake, not a hypothetical one). - Bookkeeping: move the initiative folder to
merged/, writesummary.mdwith concrete verification evidence (commands run, their output - never "looks correct"), update00-INDEX.md. - Move to the next initiative in the given range unless a stop condition below applies.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-orchestrator-agent is an agent published in the GitHub repository primax79/kilo-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 21d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 153 tokens to every session and 1,025 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (unrestricted tool access, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

Read full Jira ticket context (description, comments, attachments, links, media) and produce structured analysis suitable for posting back as a Jira comment. Read-only via the jira-as CLI wrapper. Routed by mk:jira-analyst skill. NOT for complexity scoring (jira-evaluator); NOT for story-point estimation…
