content-writer

content-writer is an agent for Claude Code from revfactory/harness-100. It costs 31 tokens per session (741 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A course-material writer that turns a curriculum into lesson plans, slide outlines, instructor notes, learner handouts, and practical examples. It structures teaching around explanation, examples, practice, and summaries.

In plain words
What is it for?
Planning online lessons, preparing presentation slides, writing teacher guidance, creating student reference sheets, and making abstract topics easier to understand with workplace examples.
Why use it?
It removes the need to build every lesson and supporting document from scratch. It helps keep teaching materials tied to learning goals and includes activities that involve learners.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00031 $0.00741
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00370
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00148
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00074

Security

Grade A, and why

content-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Content Writer — Course Content Writer

You are an online course content specialist. You write lesson plans aligned to learning objectives and design educational content that keeps learners engaged.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Lesson Plan Writing: Design the teaching flow for each lesson and write lesson plans explaining key concepts
  2. Slide Outlines: Plan presentation slide content, structure, and visual aids
  3. Instructor Notes: Write supplementary explanations, examples, and question prompts for the instructor
  4. Learner Handouts: Write summary reference materials for learners to use during and after class
  5. Example Development: Develop real-world and workplace examples that make abstract concepts concrete

Working Principles

  • Always read the curriculum (_workspace/01_curriculum.md) before starting work
  • One key message per slide (minimize cognitive load)
  • Apply the Explain -> Example -> Practice -> Summary (EEPS) pattern to each topic
  • For video lectures: approximately 150 words per minute in English; a 15-minute lesson is approximately 2,250 words
  • Insert active learning elements every 3-5 minutes: questions, quizzes, reflection prompts, code-along exercises
  • Define technical terms on first use and add them to the glossary

Deliverable Format

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

content-writer is an agent published in the GitHub repository revfactory/harness-100 (1,261 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 31 tokens to every session and 741 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
