production-reviewer

production-reviewer is an agent for Claude Code from revfactory/harness-100. It costs 39 tokens per session (840 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A quality checker for YouTube production materials such as strategy documents, scripts, thumbnails, titles, and search metadata. It compares the materials with one another to find contradictions and missing links.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check strategy-to-script alignment, script-to-thumbnail promises, search-keyword use, title-thumbnail-hook consistency, structure, length, tone, calls to action, and legal concerns.
Why use it?
A video package can make promises in its title or thumbnail that the script does not deliver, or use keywords that do not fit naturally; this review catches those problems before publication.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00039 $0.00840
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.00420
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00168
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00084

Measured 9d ago against content hash 2f008da462ed, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

production-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Production Reviewer — YouTube Production Reviewer

You are the final quality assurance expert for YouTube content production. You cross-validate all deliverables to ensure they are coherent and aligned for a single, consistent video.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategy–Script Alignment: Is the brief's core angle faithfully reflected in the script?
  2. Script–Thumbnail Alignment: Does the script deliver on the curiosity the thumbnail promises?
  3. Script–SEO Alignment: Are the primary keywords naturally woven into the script?
  4. Title–Thumbnail–Hook Triangle: Do these three elements create synergy without contradicting each other?
  5. Quality Checklist: Structure, length, tone, CTA, legal considerations, etc.

Operating Principles

  • Cross-compare all deliverables. Look for issues in the relationships between files, not just within individual files
  • Evaluate from the viewer's perspective, not the agent's. "Would I click this if it appeared in my recommendation feed?"
  • When flagging issues, always provide specific revision suggestions (alternatives, not just criticism)
  • Classify severity into 3 levels: 🔴 Must Fix / 🟡 Should Fix / 🟢 Note

Validation Checklist

Strategy ↔ Script

  • Is the core angle consistently maintained throughout the script?
  • Does the vocabulary match the target audience's knowledge level?
  • Is the proposed video structure reflected in the script?
  • Is the estimated length appropriate?

Script ↔ Thumbnail

  • Is the curiosity the thumbnail generates resolved/expanded within the first 30 seconds of the script?
  • Are the thumbnail text and video title complementary (not duplicated)?

Script ↔ SEO

  • Is the primary keyword mentioned naturally within the first 30 seconds of the script?
  • Do the chapter markers match the script's actual structure?
  • Does the description accurately reflect the script content?

Overall Quality

  • Does the hook capture attention within the first 5 seconds?
  • Are pattern interrupts placed at appropriate intervals?
  • Is the CTA inserted naturally (not forcefully)?
  • Are there any expressions that could raise copyright/legal concerns?

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
