6. Generate Report
Sanitize all report data before writing or displaying it:
- Redact
Authorization,Proxy-Authorization,Cookie,Set-Cookie,X-API-Key, and equivalent credential headers. - Redact values whose keys contain
token,password,secret,api_key,apiKey,accessToken, orrefreshToken. - Exclude full request and response bodies by default. Report status, timing, schema mismatches, and short sanitized excerpts instead.
- Capture full bodies only after explicit user approval for the current run, and still apply every redaction rule before persisting them.
- Treat queue messages and user records as potentially sensitive; redact PII unless it is necessary to explain the failure and the user approved its inclusion.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
