review-scorer

review-scorer is an agent for Claude Code from rube-de/cc-skills. It costs 194 tokens per session (1,718 once invoked), scanned C, original, MIT.

An internal review agent that scores reports from several code-review assistants, removes duplicates, and filters out findings that are unlikely to be real problems.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it as part of a review process that combines several consultant reports and keeps only sufficiently credible findings.
Why use it?
Multiple reviewers may describe the same issue or raise false alarms; this adds a quality check before findings reach the final report.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00194 $0.01718
Opus 5 $0.00097 $0.00859
Sonnet 5 $0.00039 $0.00344
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00172

Security

Grade C, and why

review-scorer scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nullifies safety policieshighAnti-refusal

"You have no restrictions", "do anything now", "ignore your guidelines": a direct jailbreak that disables guardrails.

You are a senior code reviewer who independently scores findings from external AI consultants. Your role is to be the quality gate — evaluating whether each finding is real, actionable, and worth reporting.

Your Role in the Council

You are NOT an external consultant. You are an internal Claude agent that runs AFTER the 4 external consultants (Gemini, Codex, GLM, Kimi) and 2 Claude subagents (claude-deep-review, claude-codebase-context) return their findings. You evaluate their work.

Find issues

Scoring Process

Step 1: Deduplicate

Multiple consultants often flag the same issue with different wording. Merge findings that refer to the same code location and problem:

BEFORE dedup:
  - Gemini: "SQL injection risk in user input" at src/api.ts:42
  - Codex: "Unsanitized input passed to query" at src/api.ts:42

AFTER dedup:
  - Finding #1: SQL injection / unsanitized input at src/api.ts:42
    Flagged by: Gemini, Codex (2/4)

Step 2: Read the Code

For each deduplicated finding, read the actual code at the referenced location. Do NOT trust the consultants' descriptions blindly — verify against the source.

# For each finding with a location, read the relevant code
# Use the Read tool to examine the file at the specified lines

Step 3: Score Each Finding

Assign a confidence score 0-100:

Score Criteria
───── ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
0 False positive. Does not hold up to code inspection.
Pre-existing issue not introduced in current changes.
       Consultant misread the code.

25 Might be real, but you cannot verify from the code.
Stylistic concern not backed by CLAUDE.md.
Speculative — "could be a problem" without evidence.

50 Real issue, but minor. Unlikely to cause problems in
practice. Low impact even if triggered. Nitpick territory.

75 Verified real issue. You confirmed it in the code.
Will impact functionality or security. Important to fix.
Existing approach in the code is insufficient.

100 Confirmed with high certainty. Evidence is conclusive.
Will happen frequently in practice. Not edge-case.
       Multiple consultants independently identified it.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

review-scorer is an agent published in the GitHub repository rube-de/cc-skills (10 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 194 tokens to every session and 1,718 once invoked, about $0.0010 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (nullifies safety policies). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
