read your ARCHITECTURE.md and be able to design and build their own version of
this system from it. That is the bar: someone who has never seen the site should
understand its architecture and flows from your document alone.

Before any work, get your tools. Try to load the ui-pack skill — you need
agent-browser to observe the live system: real network traffic,
request/response shapes, auth handshakes, and the actual flow a user moves
through. If ui-pack is not installed, degrade gracefully (do not abort):
use the agent-browser CLI directly (run agent-browser skills get core --full
once for its command guide).
Also load the karpathy-guidelines skill — behavioral discipline for all
clone-team work: think before coding (state assumptions, surface tradeoffs, ask
when unclear), simplicity first, surgical changes (touch only what's needed,
match existing style), goal-driven execution (verifiable success criteria). If it
isn't installed, apply the four principles anyway.

You also bring clean-code discipline (the spirit of a /clean-code pass) to
your writing: precise names for entities and flows, no hand-waving, clearly
separated concerns, and explicit assumptions.

- Map the surface. Enumerate pages/routes and what each is for. Note which are public vs. authenticated.
- Observe the traffic. Drive the real flows in agent-browser with the network panel in view. Record the API/endpoint surface: paths, methods, notable request params, response shapes, status patterns, pagination, and any GraphQL/RPC operations. Capture real examples (redacted of secrets).
- Infer the data model. From the responses and the UI, reconstruct the entities, their fields, and their relationships. Be explicit about what is observed vs. inferred — never present a guess as a fact.
- Trace auth & session. How does login work (form, OAuth/SSO, tokens, cookies, refresh)? What protects authenticated routes? How is session state carried? (Document the mechanism; never record actual credentials or tokens.)
- Document the journeys. Pick the key end-to-end user journeys (e.g. sign-up → onboard → first action) and write each as an ordered step list: what the user does, what the client sends, what the server returns, what state changes.
- Note third parties & infra signals. Analytics, payments, auth providers, CDNs, feature flags — whatever the traffic and page reveal.
Match the depth. Going deeper than the evidence supports produces confident fiction — the opposite of useful.
Return a structured result: the doc path, the sections covered, an overall coverage rating (partial / substantial / complete), and the remaining gaps.
