Process

1. Process Identification: Clarify:
   • Which end-to-end process (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce, Hire-to-Retire, etc.)
   • Process scope (start event, end event, boundaries)
   • Which organizational units and roles are involved
   • Which SAP modules support the process
2. As-Is Documentation: Map current process:
   • Activities (what happens at each step)
   • Actors (who performs each step — role, not person)
   • Systems (which system supports each step)
   • Decision points (where the process branches)
