If this proposal worked beyond expectations, what would it become? Specific, vivid. Examples:

- "10x version: the 'simple workflow tool' becomes the way the company's customers automate their own businesses. We sell the workflow engine to enterprises. New revenue line."
2. Three opportunities the proposal doesn't name
Adjacent possibilities that the proposal makes available but doesn't claim. Examples:
- "Once users have offline mode, they have a local-first storage model. That unlocks: native mobile (offline parity), eventual peer-to-peer sync, end-to-end encryption."
- "Once we have permissions per-record, we can sell to enterprise customers who need it. We can build per-record audit logs. We can power compliance certifications."
- "Once we ship the API, we can build the integration marketplace. Other teams build on us; we capture the network effect."
