FounderOS: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/employee-review.md

employee-review is a command for Claude Code from ARCASSystems/FounderOS. It costs 60 tokens per session (314 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A review command for one recurring operating-system job, such as a scheduled script or watcher. It reads the job's record and proposes changes as a displayed diff, but does not apply them.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to see which jobs need review, examine their results and filed work, and approve or reject proposed edits one diff at a time.
Why use it?
It helps inspect whether an automated job is working as intended without silently changing its configuration.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00060 $0.00314
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00157
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00063
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00031

Measured 9d ago against content hash 8bb9d5651c7f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

employee-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Founder OS employee review

Run the employee-review skill at skills/employee-review/SKILL.md end to end.

Procedure

  1. If $ARGUMENTS is empty, run python scripts/employee_verdict.py render and show which jobs have a review due, then ask which one. Stop there.
  2. If roles/employees.yaml does not exist, reply: No org chart yet. Copy templates/roles/employees.yaml to roles/employees.yaml and add your first row - see rules/digital-employees.md. and stop.
  3. Read skills/employee-review/SKILL.md and run it against the named id.
  4. Refuse with one line if there are no verdicts and nothing filed. Never invent a performance narrative.

Rules

  • Propose only. No diff lands without an explicit yes per diff.
  • One employee per run.
  • Never widen a tool grant inside a review.
  • No pay, no commercial terms, no personal data in the registry.
  • No em dashes or en dashes. No banned words.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

employee-review is a command published in the GitHub repository ARCASSystems/FounderOS (5 stars, last pushed 26d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 60 tokens to every session and 314 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
