A project guide for a set of slash commands that moves structured work from a specification through implementation, testing, review, documentation, and close-out. It uses a project configuration file to supply the commands, routes, ports, and checks for that project.

Use it to organize software work into blocks and tasks, then run the documented pipeline and find its reports. It is intended for projects created from the related template.

It gives a repeatable workflow without assuming a particular programming language or framework. The project-specific configuration keeps validation steps from being hard-coded incorrectly.

Custom Claude Code commands for projects scaffolded from base-template/. All commands are flat — invoke with /<name> directly (e.g. /prime, /plan, /implement, /commit).

These drive structured spec work: a spec lives at planning/blocks/<BlockID>.json plus planning/<BlockID>/tasks.json, and the pipeline takes it through implement → test → review → document → wrap-up, writing predictably-named reports alongside it.

Project-agnostic harness. The command set and workflows/*.js engines are fully stack-neutral. Validation commands, ports/routes, and the UI-test stage are all driven by each project's planning/harness.json — the engines carry no stack defaults.
