claude-sdk-rs: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/wrap-up.md

wrap-up is a command for Claude Code from bredmond1019/claude-sdk-rs. It costs 0 tokens per session (1,292 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A session-closing workflow that records what was done and then creates a Git commit. Git is the version-control system used to track project changes; the command can also preserve durable caveats for the next agent.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after finishing a piece of work to update project status, write a work-log entry, and commit the changes.
Why use it?
It reduces the chance that work, notes, or important limitations are left unrecorded at the end of a session. It provides a separate handoff workflow for passing the full context to another agent.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.01292
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00517
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00258
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00129

Measured 11d ago against content hash 06c9fe7e5be5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

wrap-up scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 85 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Wrap Up — Log work and commit at the end of a session.

Runs /log-work then /commit in sequence. Use this after finishing a piece of work to sync status.md, append a log entry, and commit everything cleanly. For a full end-of-context hand-off to a fresh agent, use /handoff instead.

Variables

$ARGUMENTS — optional free-text note about what was done (passed straight through to /log-work as its narrative). May be brief ("shipped D17 --from flag") or detailed. If omitted, /log-work derives the narrative from git history.

Instructions

  1. Drain any durable caveat first. If this session surfaced something the next agent must not lose, append it to planning/state.json carryover[] (field shape in docs/state/state-schema.md) with one of these kind values:

    kind for
defect a real unticketed bug with a fix — not yet filed as its own block
deferred a real follow-on you haven't ticketed yet
drift a doc, comment, block title or generated surface that has fallen out of step with the code or the graph
env a transient environmental caveat ("installed binary is stale, rebuild first")

constraint and known_issue are retired (HQ D72) — okf-core preserves them only through its Unknown(String) fallback so legacy entries still round-trip. Do not mint new entries with either.

/wrap-up writes no handoff file, so carryover[] is the only place this kind of note survives. Skip if the session produced none or the repo has no state.json.

Route at write time — three destinations, not two. Ask both questions before appending:

    1. Can only a human do this? A decision only the operator can make, a credential only they hold, a judgement call, a thing they must look at — that is not a carryover[] entry. File it as a {"type":"operator", slug, exit, start, what?} edge on the block it gates, per the operator-work rule below. Why it matters here and not only there: a carryover entry gates nothing, so operator work parked in it is never forced; an operator edge blocks the work standing behind it, which is what gets it done. Measured 2026-08-19 — 30 of the fleet's 202 carryover[] entries are operator work misfiled this way, filed as defect or deferred because the table above offers no row meaning "not an agent's to do."
    2. Is it permanently true? A gotcha still true next month, a deliberate non-fix nobody intends to reverse, a load-bearing measured number someone will need again — that belongs in reference[]. A fact with no clears_when because nothing will ever make it stop being true is the signal. See docs/state/reference-container-schema.md for its field table and kind vocabulary.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
