A command for adding or changing job applications in a tracker. It stores the data in tracker.json, the main tracking file, while tracker.md is generated automatically.

Use it to add applications, save roles to a watchlist, and record stages such as applied, online assessment, interview, offer, rejected, or withdrawn.

It keeps application updates in one consistent format and avoids editing a generated file that may be overwritten.
