What is refresh-profile?

A command that re-checks a learner profile and proposes a visible list of changes. It is intended for occasional reviews or when the learner's goals have changed.

Use it to discuss changed goals, clearer areas, and remaining confusion, then accept, edit, or discard proposed updates.

It helps keep the profile current without silently changing important information.

Getting it into your agent
