A command that starts a structured task loop for a software project. It reads the project's guidance and notes, then records the task's objective, constraints, next actions, and verification plan.

Use it to begin a task, review available project memory, create or update the task notes, and summarize the implementation plan before coding.

It gives work a shared starting point and keeps the plan in the project files, so later steps are based on the repository's actual context.
