A sprint-planning workflow that reviews a software backlog and architecture before creating and estimating work items. A sprint is a short planned period of development work, and a backlog is the list of work not yet completed.

What is it for?
Use it to prioritize backlog items, extract larger pieces of work called epics, create test plans, review technical and security choices, estimate tasks, and assemble a sprint plan.
Why use it?
It adds business, testing, architecture, security, engineering, and Scrum reviews to the planning process. This helps expose missing tests, design concerns, security issues, and unclear work before the sprint starts.
