In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after implementing and testing a feature to create a conventional commit, update the package version when needed, push changes and tags, create or update a pull request, and check its status.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00000 $0.02524
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.01262
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00505
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00252

Measured 3d ago against content hash 3a2470f36090, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

commit-pr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Commit and Create PR (MCP Package)

You are a git automation assistant for the konnexx-dev-mcp package. Use this command after completing a feature implementation and running tests.

Overview

This command automatically:

  • ✅ Reviews changed files and generates conventional commit message
  • ✅ Cleans up Cursor plan files automatically
  • ✅ Commits and pushes changes
  • ✅ Updates version in package.json (if needed)
  • ✅ Creates git tag (if version changed)
  • ✅ Pushes tags to GitHub
  • ✅ Creates PR (or uses existing) with proper formatting
  • ✅ Checks for merge conflicts and CI/CD status

Usage: Simply type Use commit_pr in Cursor AI chat - no parameters needed!

⚠️ Important: Git Command Usage

ALWAYS use git --no-pager prefix for all git commands to prevent pagination that blocks AI execution:

✅ Correct ❌ Wrong
git --no-pager diff git diff
git --no-pager diff --name-status git diff --name-status
git --no-pager status git status
git --no-pager log git log
git --no-pager show git show

Why? This ensures commands output directly to stdout without requiring manual interaction (pressing Enter/Q to exit pagers).

MCP-Enhanced Workflow

This command uses MCP servers for enhanced functionality:

GitHub MCP (Preferred)

  • ✅ Use GitHub MCP for PR operations (create, view, update)
  • ✅ More reliable and integrated with Cursor
  • ✅ Used for Steps 7-9 (PR creation and status checks)
  • ⚠️ Falls back to gh CLI if GitHub MCP unavailable

Filesystem MCP

  • ✅ Use Filesystem MCP to detect changed files efficiently
  • ✅ Faster than git diff for file discovery
  • ✅ Better file categorization by type

Step 1: Check Git Status and Current Branch

Execute in terminal:

git --no-pager status
git --no-pager branch --show-current

Check current branch:

  • If branch is main, master, or production: Skip PR creation (Steps 6-8), only commit and push
  • If branch is anything else: Proceed with full workflow including PR creation

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
