muse: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/back.md

back is a command for Claude Code from myths-labs/muse. It costs 31 tokens per session (405 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A return procedure for ending a period when the user is away and receiving a concise status list. It reports completed work, decisions made, decisions still needed, and tasks the user must do personally.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps resume a project after an away period, review checkpoints, gather updates from active work streams, and ask all pending questions together.
Why use it?
Work can continue while the user is absent without losing track of what happened or asking scattered questions afterward. It also makes account, payment, signing, and other personal actions explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00031 $0.00405
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00162
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00040

Measured 12d ago against content hash 001b62120951, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

back scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

    • 做完了什么(≤5 行,每行带证据位置:PR、版本号、文件);
    • 替你做的决定(每条一行:定了什么 + 一句理由);
    • 要你定的事(≤3 条,推荐放第一个;没有就写「没有」);
    • 要你本人动手的事(切账号、密码、证件、银行、签字、提交,一行)。
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
