Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00011 | $0.01625 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00813 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00002 | $0.00325 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00001 | $0.00162 |
Grade A, and why
conductor-handoff scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Conductor Handoff
Create a comprehensive context handoff document when you need to transfer implementation progress to a new section or session. Essential for large tracks that span multiple AI context windows.
1. Identify Active Track
- Find track marked
[~]inconductor/tracks.md - If no active track, ask user to specify or halt
- Load
spec.md,plan.md, andimplement_state.json - Check for
parallel_state.json(indicates parallel execution in progress)
1a. Parallel Execution Check
If parallel_state.json exists:
"⚠️ This track has parallel workers currently running:" [List workers and their status]
"A) Wait for workers to complete before handoff" "B) Create handoff anyway (workers will continue)" "C) Cancel handoff"
- If A: Monitor
parallel_state.jsonuntil all complete, then proceed - If B: Include parallel state in handoff document
- If C: HALT
2. Gather Handoff Context
Progress Analysis:
- Count completed
[x], in-progress[~], pending[ ]tasks - Calculate overall percentage
- Identify current phase and task position
Recent Changes:
git log --oneline -10
git diff --name-only HEAD~5
Unresolved Issues:
- Check for
[!]blocked markers in plan.md - Read
blockers.mdif exists - Ask user for any pending decisions or important context
3. Update Implementation State
Update conductor/tracks/<track_id>/implement_state.json with section tracking:
{
"current_phase": "...",
"current_phase_index": 1,
"current_task_index": 3,
"completed_phases": ["Phase 1"],
"section_count": 2,
"last_handoff": "<ISO timestamp>",
"handoff_history": [
{
"section": 1,
"timestamp": "...",
"phase_at_handoff": "...",
"task_at_handoff": 5,
"handoff_file": "handoff_<timestamp>.md"
}
],
"status": "handed_off"
}
4. Create Handoff Document
Create conductor/tracks/<track_id>/handoff_<YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS>.md with:
- Header: Track info, section number, timestamp, link to previous handoff
- Thread URL: Current Amp thread URL ($AMP_CURRENT_THREAD_ID) for context retrieval
- Progress Summary: Overall %, current phase/task, completed/remaining tasks
- Parallel Execution State: (if applicable) Worker status, file locks, pending workers
- Key Implementation Decisions: Important choices made during this section
- Code Changes Summary: Files modified, new files, recent commits
- Learnings Extracted: Key patterns/gotchas from
learnings.mdthis section - Unresolved Issues: Blockers, pending decisions, questions
- Context for Next Section: Critical info, architecture notes, testing status
- Next Steps: Immediate tasks, upcoming phase work
- Resume Instructions: Commands and specific actions to continue
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

conductor-handoff is a command published in the GitHub repository NguyenSiTrung/Conductor-Beads (24 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 11 tokens to every session and 1,625 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
