An icon replacement command for giving a Flutter app one consistent icon collection, such as Feather, Phosphor, or Lucide.

Use it to add an icon package, replace matching Material icons, connect SVG files with flutter_svg, and update the app's asset list.

It removes the visual inconsistency of mixing Material icons, SVG images, and other icon styles. It also keeps icon sizes and accessibility labels intact during the change.
