A command that creates a Flutter theme scaffold from a seed color. Flutter is a framework for building apps, and the scaffold includes light and dark colors, text styles, spacing, motion settings, and font setup.

Use it to create the theme files, connect the theme to the app, add light and dark modes, set up a font, and define reusable spacing and motion values.

It gives a new Flutter project a shared visual foundation instead of leaving colors, fonts, spacing, and animation timings scattered across the app.
