Bloco 1: Problem
Os 3 maiores problemas do cliente + alternativas existentes que ele usa hoje (competitors, workarounds, Excel, nada).
Bloco 2: Solution
Top 3 features ou abordagens que resolvem os problemas listados. Minimo viavel — nao a solucao completa.
Bloco 3: Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
Uma unica frase clara e compelling que diz por que voce e diferente e vale a atencao. Formula: "[Resultado final] para [segmento] sem [pain principal]".
Bloco 4: Unfair Advantage
O que nao pode ser facilmente copiado ou comprado:
- Network effects (cada user torna produto melhor)
- Brand/reputation (confianca acumulada)
- IP/technology (patente, dados proprietarios)
- Data moat (quanto mais usa, mais inteligente fica)
