accessibility-review

accessibility-review is a command for Claude Code from seanrreid/RAD_framework. It costs 58 tokens per session (274 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that reviews changed frontend files against WCAG 2.1 AA, an accessibility standard for making websites usable by people with different disabilities.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it with no arguments to review changed frontend files, or provide file paths for a focused review. It returns findings with WCAG references and can run independently of a project plan.
Why use it?
It helps find barriers such as missing semantics, poor keyboard support, weak focus handling, insufficient color contrast, and screen-reader problems before delivery.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00058 $0.00274
Opus 5 $0.00029 $0.00137
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00055
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00027

Measured 5d ago against content hash d1ffa47a90d1, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

accessibility-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/accessibility-review

Run a WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility review on changed frontend files or specified files.

Input

$ARGUMENTS (optional):

  • Empty → reviews all frontend files changed since branching from main
  • File paths → reviews only those files

Process

Invoke the accessibility-reviewer agent with $ARGUMENTS as context.

The agent will:

  1. Identify relevant frontend files from the diff or arguments
  2. Read CLAUDE.md for stack and component library context
  3. Apply WCAG 2.1 AA checks across all perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust criteria
  4. Output a structured findings report with WCAG criterion references

Output

The agent's findings are displayed directly. No additional formatting needed.

If no frontend files are in scope, the agent exits cleanly with a note.

If run as part of /rad-review, findings feed into the review's accessibility check step.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
