pb-today

pb-today is a command for Claude Code from seungwee-choi/oh-my-personal-best. It costs 6 tokens per session (224 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that asks a training coach agent to prescribe today's workout using the runner's plan, recent training, profile, injuries, and race goal.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to get a single-session prescription with the workout type, distance, structure, pace range, and purpose. If the plan has not passed review, it directs you to plan creation first.
Why use it?
It combines the current plan with recent activity and fatigue information, reducing the risk of prescribing a session without the needed context.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00006 $0.00224
Opus 5 $0.00003 $0.00112
Sonnet 5 $0.00001 $0.00045
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00022

Security

Grade A, and why

pb-today scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

pb-today

Dispatch

Delegate to oh-my-personal-best:session-coach to prescribe today's session.

Before prescribing, session-coach must load:

  • $OMPB_HOME/plan-state.json — current phase, plan_week, this_week_target_km, key_sessions, critic_approved
  • $OMPB_HOME/training-log.jsonl — last 7 days of actuals for fatigue check
  • $OMPB_HOME/runner-profile.json — experience, injury_history
  • $OMPB_HOME/goal.json — event, target_time (for pace zone anchoring)

Pass any additional context from the runner as:

$ARGUMENTS

session-coach responds with a fast, direct single-session prescription (type, distance, structure, pace range, purpose). If critic_approved is false in plan-state.json, session-coach will not prescribe — it will inform the runner that the plan is pending critic review and suggest running /pb-plan first.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
