Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00035 | $0.00485 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00194 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00097 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00049 |
Grade A, and why
prospect-research scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
/pmm-sales:prospect-research -- Prospect Research
Builds a brief on one company you do not sell to yet: the CRM status, up to five
dated signals that map to a pain in your brain, fit and timing as two separate
verdicts, and a hypothesis with an angle, a first question and a fallback.
Checks the company against your brain (ICP, anti-persona, approved proof) and,
when an earlier record exists, shows what changed or expired. In Slack it
answers in a short thread reply. Keeps EMEA data rules on when the account or
your team is in Europe. Saves the record to /context/prospects/. It never
writes outreach and never sends anything.
Invocation
/pmm-sales:prospect-research Tidewell Foods
/pmm-sales:prospect-research Tidewell Foods, I'm an AE going to their Controller
/pmm-sales:prospect-research Is there a reason to contact Tidewell now?
/pmm-sales:prospect-research What changed at Tidewell since my last brief?
/pmm-sales:prospect-research log: meeting booked at Tidewell
In Slack, tag Claude in a thread: "@Claude research Tidewell Foods before I reach out".
Workflow
Uses the prospect-research skill. Picks the surface (Slack, chat, Cowork,
Claude Code or a scheduled run), loads the brain and the last record, checks the
CRM first (customer, owned by a colleague, or net new), reads the web and any
connected company data or enrichment, keeps the signals that map to a pain you
solve, scores fit and timing, writes the hypothesis, angle, first question and
fallback, runs a 12-check gate on its own work, saves the record, logs patterns
and outcomes, proposes what other skills should learn once enough accounts
agree, and logs the session. Read-only for your brain, CRM and inbox.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
