In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review activity from the last week or a chosen date, ask questions about ignored reports and identify patterns across researched companies.
Why use it?
It gives a sales or marketing manager a view of which research was used and whether its advice held up, instead of leaving that information scattered across logs.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.00287
Opus 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00115
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00057
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00029

Security

Grade A, and why

sales-research-digest scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/pmm-sales:sales-research-digest -- Sales Research Digest

Reads the logs the sales research skills already write, checks your CRM for what happened next, and gives you one report in plain words: who used the skills, whether the advice held up, what the companies have in common, and up to three things to do. Saves the full report to /context/digests/ and posts a short summary with teams only. It proposes changes and writes none.

Invocation

/pmm-sales:sales-research-digest
/pmm-sales:sales-research-digest since 1 Nov
/pmm-sales:sales-research-digest Which red reports did sellers ignore?

Workflow

Uses the sales-research-digest skill. Loads the logs, counts use, judges the advice, matches companies to deals in your CRM (read-only, and it tells you to connect one if none answers), finds what the companies have in common, writes at most three actions, runs a 10-check gate, saves the file and logs the session. For all skills together, use meta-synthesis instead.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
