A pre-tool hook that runs protect-tests.py before the agent edits or writes files. A hook is an automatic action triggered by a specified event.

Use it in a Claude plugin setup where Edit and Write operations should first run the protect-tests.py script.

It adds a check before file changes so test files can be protected from unintended edits.
