What is SessionStart?

A set of startup hooks that run shell scripts when a coding session starts, resumes, is cleared, or is shortened to save context.

Keeping session context available after startup, resume, clear, or context compaction.

It restores the current branch, task state, and important reminders so you do not lose your place between sessions.
