What is UserPromptSubmit?

A before-prompt hook that runs a Node.js script called auto-recall.mjs whenever you submit a prompt.

Use it when a project needs to run auto-recall.mjs for every submitted prompt.

It automates a recall step before the agent reads your request, so relevant information can be loaded without a separate manual command.
