SessionStart is a hook for Claude Code from Koroqe/OPOS. Its token cost is not measured, scanned A, original, MIT.

A session-start hook that checks for scheduled processes needing to be re-armed when a new session begins. It reports how many session-scoped registrations need attention and leaves durable GitHub Actions registrations alone.

Why use it?
It prevents session-based scheduled tasks from silently remaining inactive after a new session starts. The check tells you which tasks need to be registered again.
