PreToolUse is a hook for Claude Code from liortesta/ClawdAgent. Its token cost is not measured, scanned C, original, Apache-2.0.

Safety checks that run before shell commands or file edits. They block several dangerous shell commands and prevent edits directly on the `main` or `master` Git branch.
