A post-tool hook configuration that runs a verification script after a Bash command successfully publishes an Azure Function app. A hook is an automatic action triggered by a tool event.

Detecting successful Azure Function deployments and then running ./.claude/hooks/post-deploy-verify.sh.

It reduces the chance of treating a deployment as complete without checking whether the deployed function works.
