What is SessionStart?

A session-start hook that runs shell commands when a coding session begins. It prints the contents of `registry.yaml` and reminds the agent to read `CLAUDE.md` and use the listed planning commands.

Starting planner-based work, checking project state, and reminding the agent which commands and instructions are available.

It gives the agent the project’s current state and working instructions at the start of each session, reducing setup work and missed context.
