Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00612 | $0.00612 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00306 | $0.00306 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00122 | $0.00122 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00061 | $0.00061 |
Grade A, and why
voc-claude-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 65 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Working in this repo
Conventions for anyone — human or agent — editing these skills.
Structure
- Skills live in
.claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md. UppercaseSKILL.md, always. Lowercase works on macOS and fails on Linux. - The directory name must equal the
name:in frontmatter.npm run checkenforces this. - Each skill is self-contained. A skill may not reference a path outside its own directory,
except
config/,context/andscripts/at the repo root.
Frontmatter
---
name: exactly-the-directory-name
description: What it does, then the trigger phrases. This is how the model decides
whether to invoke the skill, so write it for retrieval, not for a human reader.
allowed-tools: Read, Write, Bash, mcp__server__tool
---
Always declare allowed-tools. A skill without it inherits every tool the installing user
has connected, including write-capable CRM and messaging servers. That is someone else's blast
radius, not yours.
Never declare an MCP tool name you have not seen in /mcp output. allowed-tools is an
allowlist: a wrong name means the declared tool does not exist and the real one is not
permitted, and the skill reports a clean run over an empty result set. No error appears.
For chat and notes servers, where namespaces vary, declare only the universal tools and instruct the user to add theirs. Two source skills here do exactly that.
Numbers
Thresholds live in config/thresholds.json. Never hardcode one in a SKILL.md — that is how the
confirmation rule drifted into four contradictory versions. npm run check warns about this.
Company-specific values live in context/product-context.md, which is gitignored.
Every skill ends with "What this gets wrong"
Not a disclaimer. A specific list of how this particular skill produces wrong answers: sampling bias, what it cannot see, what a number does and does not mean. If you cannot write three honest failure modes for a skill, you do not understand it well enough to ship it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
