Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01389 | $0.01389 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00694 | $0.00694 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00278 | $0.00278 |

Grade A, and why
metadome-link CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 93 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file orients Claude Code (and other agents) in this repository.
Read AGENTS.md first — it is the authoritative contributor and agent guide (architecture, invariants, conventions, definition of done). This file only highlights the essentials.
Essentials
metadome-linkis a data-reading MCP + REST server with an idempotent build trigger that wraps the MetaDome web service: per-residue missense tolerance landscapes (sw_dn_ds), Pfam domains, meta-domain homolog variant aggregation, and per-residue ClinVar annotations. MetaDome does not expose true per-residue gnomAD counts; Pfam aggregates may span genes (GRCh37/hg19 or GRCh38.p14; default GRCh38.p14). One backend in the GeneFoundry-linkfleet.- Two planes: the data plane (
config/constants/identifiers/api/cache/services) calls MetaDome over async httpx, normalizes, and returns plain dicts; the MCP plane (mcp/) is domain-agnostic scaffolding (lifted frommondo-link) whererun_mcp_toolownssuccess/_metaand returns structured errors (never raised). There is noingest// no local index — this is a live-API proxy with a persistent on-disk result cache + in-memory TTL. - Async model: explicit request + poll split (
request_tolerance_landscape→get_tolerance_landscape);status:"processing"is a first-class success state. Cold builds can take ~1 h; the poll loop never blocks past a soft deadline. - Invariants: every
compact+ (default) response carries_meta.next_commands(minimalretains_meta = {tool, request_id, data_versions, unsafe_for_clinical_use});_meta.data_versionsis ALWAYS present; 6-code error taxonomy; each tool has anoutput_schemaplus the appropriate read-only or compute annotation and a first sentence endingSignature: tool(args...); keepcapabilities.TOOLS(11 names) in sync; validate transcript ids inidentifiers.py(require the.Nversion); cite Wiel et al. 2019. - Definition of done:
make ci-localgreen (format-check, lint-ci, lint-loc ≤500 lines/file, mypy strict, tests ≥80% coverage). structlog→ stderr only; stdout is reserved for the stdio MCP protocol.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

metadome-link CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository berntpopp/metadome-link (0 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 1,389 tokens to every session, about $0.0069 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
