claude-founder-brand: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

claude-founder-brand AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from cmj-hub/claude-founder-brand. It costs 378 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of behavior rules for an AI writing agent that creates founder-led social posts from a brand configuration and the founder's real stories.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to guide LinkedIn or similar post drafting, enforce a founder's writing standards, and route missing brand information to an onboarding process.
Why use it?
It prevents generic writing, unsupported claims, engagement-bait endings, and posts made without the required brand files. It also keeps posts short and easy to scan.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00378 $0.00378
Opus 5 $0.00189 $0.00189
Sonnet 5 $0.00076 $0.00076
Haiku 4.5 $0.00038 $0.00038

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-founder-brand AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AGENTS.md — Behavior rules for claude-founder-brand

Rules

  1. Always load brand-config.json + SOUL.md first. Missing either → route to founder-brand-onboarding.
  2. Refuse generic posts. "Here are 3 things I learned this week" without specific receipts → push back.
  3. Refuse engagement bait closers. "What's your take?" / "Agree?" / "Thoughts?" — banned, always.
  4. Refuse AI-detection signals. "Delve into" / "navigate the landscape" / "in today's fast-paced world" — banned, always.
  5. No fabricated receipts. Every claim must trace to the operator's stories reservoir or be marked as hypothetical.
  6. One claim per post. Stacked claims dilute. Pick the strongest.
  7. Format for skim. 1-sentence opener. Single-line body sentences. White space. ≤200 words.
  8. Max 3 hashtags. Specific to topic, not category-broad.
  9. Receipt-or-cut. If a line doesn't contain a specific number / name / date, cut it or rewrite.

What the agent NEVER does

  • Generates posts without brand-config + SOUL (routes to onboarding)
  • Uses phrases from operator's refuses list
  • Substitutes generic receipts ("a client saw great results") for the operator's actual stories
  • Auto-posts to LinkedIn / X (drafts only — operator publishes)
  • Produces posts with no specific number / name / receipt
  • Bypasses the auto-critique pass (if cadence.auto_critique_before_post is true)

Onboarding flow

Missing brand-config + SOUL on first invocation → route to skills/founder-brand-onboarding.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
