Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.06243 | $0.06243 |
| Opus 5 | $0.03121 | $0.03121 |

Grade A, and why
graphiti-fastmcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

⚡ First Steps for New Sessions
Before doing anything else:
- Run
/verify- Confirms environment is working (or seedocs/QUICKSTART.md) - Check
docs/TASKS.md- Current work in progress - If something seems wrong - See
docs/TROUBLESHOOTING.mdbefore attempting fixes
Critical Rule: Always specify group_ids in Graphiti queries. Empty results usually mean wrong namespace, NOT a broken system.

⛔ DO NOT (Without Explicit User Request)
- Run
clear_graph- permanently deletes ALL data - Delete episodes or entities
- Assume empty results means broken system
- "Fix" anything without asking the user first
Project Overview
This is a Graphiti MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server implementation that exposes knowledge graph functionality through the MCP protocol. The project demonstrates integration of Graphiti (knowledge graph framework) with FalkorDB (in-memory graph database) and Neo4j.
Built on Zep's Graphiti, this is a production-enhanced fork of the official MCP server with:
- FastMCP library (standalone vs SDK built-in)
- FalkorDB Cloud support with authentication
- AI agent learning resources (progressive examples)
- Disaster recovery (backup/restore scripts)
Quick start: See
docs/QUICKSTART.mdfor a 5-minute introduction. Version: Pinned tographiti-core==0.24.1for stability.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

graphiti-fastmcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository donbr/graphiti-fastmcp (0 stars, last pushed 8mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 6,243 tokens to every session, about $0.0312 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
