Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01753 | $0.01753 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00877 | $0.00877 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00351 | $0.00351 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00175 | $0.00175 |
Grade A, and why
personal-health-graph CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 110 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this repo is
Personal Health Graph (PHG) is a structured markdown file system — not a software project. There is no build step, no test suite, no dependencies. The "code" is methodology: structured natural language skill files that instruct LLMs how to analyze health data.
How to work with this repo
Running skills
Skills are in skills/*.md and skills/workflows/*.md. To run a skill, read the skill file and follow its instructions against the relevant data files it specifies in its reads: frontmatter field.
Entry point skills:
skills/INTAKE.md— process files dropped ininbox/into structured PHG filesskills/QUICKSTART.md— guided onboarding wizard; run if the graph is newly set upskills/MAINTENANCE.md— scheduled audit of staleness and cross-reference validity
Analysis skills (require populated data first):
skills/SUPPLEMENT_REVIEW.md— evaluate supplement stack against labs and geneticsskills/SYMPTOM_ANALYSIS.md— correlate symptoms with sleep, wearables, supplementsskills/PATTERN_DETECTION.md— full-history scan for correlations and anomaliesskills/DOCTOR_PREP.md— compile structured visit summary for a providerskills/MASTER_ANALYSIS.md— comprehensive 5-phase analysisskills/HEALTH_MEMO.md— Amazon-style narrative health briefingskills/BASELINE_REPORT.md— first-run assessment with gap analysisskills/RISK_ASSESSMENT.md— cardiovascular and genetic risk reviewskills/EXPERIMENT.md— design and evaluate N-of-1 self-experiments (writes EXPERIMENTS.md)skills/FACT_AUDIT.md— re-verify a prior report's claims against primary sourcesskills/SPECIALIST_TRANSLATOR.md— specialty-native handoff briefsskills/TIMELINE.md— rebuild TIMELINE.md, the derived chronological event spineskills/DASHBOARD.md— render the graph into a self-contained HTML dashboard (injects data intotemplates/dashboard_shell.html; never edit the shell's markup or add external resources)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

personal-health-graph CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository gtr36/personal-health-graph (19 stars, last pushed 26d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,753 tokens to every session, about $0.0088 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
