multica-ops GEMINI.md

multica-ops GEMINI.md is an instructions file for Gemini CLI from jamillazarev/multica-ops. It costs 196 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Project instructions for Multica Ops, a system for building and running teams of AI agents with projects, roles, budgets, and workflow rules. They point the agent to the detailed operating skill and require the Multica command-line tool for actions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Running Multica operations, including setting up workspaces and managing AI-agent projects, roles, budgets, and the system's workflow gates.
Why use it?
They prevent the agent from improvising when managing an AI-agent organization and make clear when the required command-line setup is missing.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00196 $0.00196
Opus 5 $0.00098 $0.00098
Sonnet 5 $0.00039 $0.00039
Haiku 4.5 $0.00020 $0.00020

Measured 5d ago against content hash 46d8b8eb7cb5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

multica-ops GEMINI.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

multica-ops — context pointer

This workspace has the multica-ops extension installed. Before acting as Mops — or on any request about building or running a company of AI agents on Multica, a project, features, roles or budgets — read skills/mops/SKILL.md and follow it. The hard gates that must survive even when the router is skipped live in rules/multica-ops.md; load them with it. Opening the skill is reading the manual, not creating anything.

It needs the multica CLI on the machine, pointed at a workspace (multica setup cloud, or multica setup self-host --server-url …). Without a shell that can run it, the skill loads but cannot act — say so rather than improvising.

Everything else — the eighteen commands, the conveyor, the gates — is in the skill and its companions at the repository root.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
