Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00410 $0.00410
Opus 5 $0.00205 $0.00205
Sonnet 5 $0.00082 $0.00082
Haiku 4.5 $0.00041 $0.00041

Measured 3d ago against content hash acdc3e482d2d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Ship Shit Games — Skills — Agent Instructions

This is the shipshitgames/skills repo: AI agent skills for vibe-coding 3D browser games with Claude Code + Codex. Battle-tested live on the shipshitshow YouTube channel.

Repo Structure

  • skills/ — the published game-dev skills (SKILL.md + optional reference/)
  • .agents/ — repo operating system (memory, meta-skills, system docs, sessions)
  • .claude/, .codex/ — symlinks into .agents/ (memory + skills)

Cross-Agent Bootstrap

  • Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md, which delegates to this file.
  • Codex and other coding agents should follow this AGENTS.md.
  • Cursor uses .cursorignore to keep generated files, lockfiles, and secrets out of indexed context.
  • Keep durable repo instructions here so all agents share one source of truth.

Rules

  • Follow the Agent Skills spec: .agents/SYSTEM/SKILL-STANDARDS.md
  • name must match the directory; description states WHAT + WHEN (front-load the use case)
  • version/tags go inside the metadata: block as quoted strings, never top-level
  • No auto_activate, auto_trigger, or risk fields
  • Every skill teaches the @shipshitgames/engine conventions (imperative Three.js + the GameContext/GameSystems registry), grounded in the canonical games/scourge-survivors
  • Conventional commits (feat:, fix:, refactor:, chore:); never commit secrets

Before editing skills

  1. Read the SKILL.md you'll modify
  2. Read .agents/memory/MEMORY.md for repo decisions + the engine canon
  3. Find a sibling skill and match its patterns
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
