An evidence-based legal consultation project integrated with Codex Skill/MCP. It replicates the two-layer routing of the original Wenxin workflow: first optimizing the question and identifying labor-law intent, then entering either the labor-law knowledge base or public web search branch; all answers retain citations, fallback reasons, and call-tracing information. The web entry point is “Intelligent Laws and Regulations Search,” and the core workflow can be reused in Codex / MCP / scripts.
