What is agentskill-kaizen?

A plugin that reviews Claude Code agent-session transcripts—records of past coding conversations—to find inefficient workflows, repeated mistakes, and missing automation.

Use it to analyze session history, detect anti-patterns, and identify opportunities for hooks, prompt changes, skill updates, or other improvements.

It shows where an agent process is wasting time or making the same errors, so those problems can be improved systematically.
