What is dev-workflows-frontend?

A collection of coding guidance and team workflows for React and TypeScript frontend projects. It also coordinates specialized agents for planning, coding, testing, and quality checks.

Use it when building React interfaces, writing TypeScript, planning frontend changes, running test-driven development (writing tests before implementation), or coordinating multi-step coding work.
