GitHub template for reproducible research repos — two-layer Python 3.10+/uv monorepo splitting generic infrastructure from per-project code, with pytest coverage gates (60% infra, 90% projects), a 16-stage build pipeline, markdown-to-PDF rendering via pandoc/LaTeX, and 25 canonical exemplars.

These files are docxology/template's own configuration. They tell Cursor, Codex, OpenCode and Claude Code how to work on this repository, so they are not mods to install elsewhere. Copy one as a starting point and replace the parts that are about this project.
